What better way to get involved with the Merimbula Jazz Festival than with some healthy competition?
This year’s Merimbula Jazz Festival has all styles and genres of jazz! There’s big bands, school bands, military bands, jazz funk, jazz & blues, traditional jazz, ragtime, modern jazz (think Miles Davis & Charlie Parker), incredible jazz vocalists, bands to dance to, duos and solo performers. What fabulous ways can you think of to depict jazz in your windows? If you need any extra inspiration, this year’s official colours are yellow, pink and blue.
Dress your main windows to show off jazz by 5pm Friday 2 June, 2023 to be in to win!
Windows must stay dressed for jazz until Tuesday 13 June to be eligible
- – First Prize: $2,500 advertising package from the masthead of your choice from Australian Community Media. Winners can work with ACM to create the most suitable package for their business.
- – Second Prize: 4 x Festival Passes AND a free full page advertisement in the 2023 Merimbula Jazz Festival Online Program Book * copy must be sent to merimbulajazzfestival@gmail.com by 5pm Tuesday 5 June.
- – Third Prize: 2 x Festival Passes
This Competition is open to all retailers, tourism and hospitality businesses in Main Street, Merimbula Drive, Market Street, Alice Street & Beach Street. The winner will be chosen on Saturday morning 3 June by the Merimbula Jazz Festival Committee. The winner will be announced on MJF Facebook and Instagram pages on the same day.
